12. Requests States to report to the committee established by paragraph 9 above within 30 days of adoption of this resolution on the steps they have taken to give effect to the prohibitions imposed by this resolution;
١٢ - يطلب إلى الدول أن تقدم تقارير إلى اللجنة المنشأة بموجب الفقرة ٩ أعلاه في غضون ٣٠ يوما من اعتماد هذا القرار بشأن الخطوات التي اتخذتها لتنفيذ أشكال الحظر المفروضة بموجب هذا القرار؛

Underlining also that measures imposed by this resolution are not intended to have adverse humanitarian consequences for the civilian population of the DPRK,
وإذ يشدد أيضا على أن التدابير المفروضة بموجب هذا القرار لا يُقصد أن تترتب عليها آثار ضارة من الناحية الإنسانية على السكان المدنيين لجمهورية كوريا الشعبية الديمقراطية،

12. Calls upon States to bring proceedings against persons and entities violating the measures imposed by this resolution and to impose appropriate penalties;
١٢ - يطلب إلى الدول مقاضاة اﻷشخاص أو الكيانات الذين ينتهكون التدابير المفروضة بموجب هذا القرار وإلى فرض العقوبات المناسبة؛

(c) To make periodic reports to the Security Council on information submitted to it regarding alleged violations of the prohibitions imposed by this resolution;
)ج( تقديــم تقاريــر دوريـة إلـى مجلس اﻷمن عن المعلومات المقدمة إليها فيما يتعلق بالانتهاكات المدعى وقوعها ﻷشكال للحظر المفروضة بموجب هذا القرار؛

(d) To promulgate such guidelines as may be necessary to facilitate the implementation of the prohibitions imposed by this resolution;
)د( وضع ما يلزم من المبادئ التوجيهية لتسهيل تنفيذ أشكال الحظر المفروضة بموجب هذا القرار؛

15. Also requests that the Secretary-General, in consultation with appropriate regional organizations, include in his first report recommendations for the establishment of a comprehensive regime to monitor the implementation of the prohibitions imposed by this resolution, and calls upon all States, in particular neighbouring States, to extend full cooperation in this regard;
١٥ - يطلب أيضا أن يدرج اﻷمين العام، بالتشاور مع المنظمات اﻹقليمية الملائمة، في أول تقرير له توصيات بشأن إنشاء نظام شامــل لرصد تنفيذ أشكال الحظر المفروضة بموجب هذا القرار، ويطلب إلى جميع الدول، وعلى وجه الخصوص الدول المجاورة، أن تمد يد العون الكامل في هذا الخصوص؛

Viewing the measures imposed by the present resolution and by its previous relevant resolutions as a means towards the end of producing a negotiated settlement to the conflict,
وإذ يعتبر التدابير المفروضة بموجب هذا القرار وبموجب قراراته السابقة ذات الصلة وسيلة لتحقيق الغاية المتمثلة في التوصل إلى تسوية للنزاع عن طريق التفاوض،

58. Directs the Monitoring Team to keep the Committee informed of instances of non-compliance with the measures imposed in this resolution, and further directs the Monitoring Team to provide recommendations to the Committee on actions taken to respond to non-compliance;
58 - يشيـر على فريق الرصد أن يبقي اللجنة على اطلاع بشأن حالات عدم الامتثال للتدابير المفروضة بموجب هذا القرار، ويشير عليه كذلك بأن يقدم توصيات إلى اللجنة بشأن الإجراءات المتخذة لمعالجة عدم الامتثال؛

17. Takes note of the establishment by the National Transitional Government of Liberia of a review committee with the task of establishing procedures to fulfil the demands of the Security Council for the lifting of the measures imposed under this resolution;
