Mr. Ndimeni (South Africa), speaking on behalf of the Group of 77, said that the sponsors had decided to withdraw the draft decision, as, following consultations, the proposals contained therein had been successfully incorporated into draft resolution A/C.3/59/L.17 entitled " Implementation of the outcome of the World Summit for Social Development and of the twenty-fourth special session of the General Assembly " , introduced by Chile.
