The Committee also recommended that the informal consultations of the Chairman of the Legal Subcommittee should consider the proposals contained in the annex to the present report, as well as any additional proposals that might be offered by members of the Subcommittee, and that he should include in the report of the Legal Subcommittee on the work of its thirty-fourth session the results and recommendations of those consultations.
