١٠ - توصي الرؤساء التنفيذيين للوكالات المتخصصة والمؤسسات اﻷخرى في منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة بأن يضعوا، بالتعاون النشط مع المنظمات الاقليمية المعنية، اقتراحات محددة من أجل التنفيذ التام لقرارات اﻷمم المتحدة ذات الصلة، وأن يقدموا هذه المقترحات الى هيئات اﻹدارة واﻷجهزة التشريعية في تلك الوكالات والمؤسسات؛
