3. Requests the Convention secretariat to facilitate the convening of at least one inter-sessional bureau meeting of the Committee within existing resources for the review of decisions taken by the Conference of the Parties and other related matters regarding the work of the Committee, especially the planning and organization of the next session of the Committee;
٣- يطلب إلى أمانة الاتفاقية أن تيسر عقد ما لا يقل عن اجتماع واحد لمكتب اللجنة في فترة ما بين الدورات، في حدود الموارد الحالية، وذلك لاستعراض المقررات التي يتخذها مؤتمر اﻷطراف وغير ذلك من المسائل ذات الصلة المتعلقة بعمل اللجنة، ولا سيما التخطيط للدورة المقبلة للجنة وتنظيمها؛

8. By decision 12/COP.2, the Conference of the Parties requested the secretariat to facilitate the convening of at least one inter-sessional meeting of the Bureau of the CST in order to review decisions taken by the Conference of the Parties and other related matters regarding its work, especially the planning and organization of the next session of the CST.
8- طلب مؤتمر الأطراف إلى الأمانة في المقرر 12/م أ-2 أن تيسر عقد اجتماع واحد على الأقل لمكتب لجنة العلم والتكنولوجيا في فترة ما بين الدورات لاستعراض المقررات التي يتخذها مؤتمر الأطراف وغير ذلك من المسائل ذات الصلة بعمل اللجنة، وبالأخص تخطيط وتنظيم دورتها التالية.

1.
