The Committee, a working group or the Special Rapporteur on communications under the Optional Protocol, acting on behalf of the Committee, may request the State party or the author or authors of the communication to submit, within specified time limits, additional written explanations or statements relevant to the question of admissibility or the merits of a communication.
10- يجوز أن تطلب اللجنة أو فريق عامل أو المقرر الخاص المعني بالبلاغات بموجب البروتوكول الاختياري، متصرفاً باسم اللجنة، إلى الدولة الطرف أو صاحب/أصحاب البلاغ القيام، في غضون مهلة زمنية محددة، تقديم توضيحات أو بيانات خطية إضافية فيما يتصل بمسألة مقبولية البلاغ أو أسسه الموضوعية.

8. On the basis of the information provided by the State party to support its request for a rejection and separate consideration of admissibility, the Committee, a working group or the Special Rapporteur on communications under the Optional Protocol, acting on behalf of the Committee, may decide to consider the admissibility of the communication separately from the merits.
8- يجوز للجنة أو فريق عامل أو المقرر الخاص المعني بالبلاغات بموجب البروتوكول الاختياري، متصرفاً باسم اللجنة، أن يقرروا النظر في مقبولية البلاغ بمعزل عن النظر في أسسه الموضوعية وذلك استناداً إلى المعلومات التي قدّمتها الدولة الطرف لدعم طلبها رفض مقبولية البلاغ وفصل النظر في المقبولية عن النظر في الأسس الموضوعية.
