76- ويقوم المكتب الإعلامي وإذاعة (أمن FM) بالاستماع إلى الملاحظات والشكاوى التي ترد من المواطنين أو المقيمين في الأردن، حيث يتم إرشاد هؤلاء الأشخاص إلى كيفية متابعة شكواهم ومن ثم يتم الاتصال مع الجهات المختصة لمتابعة تلك الشكاوى والعمل مباشرة على التوصل لحلول لها وبحسب طبيعتها.
