In response to a question with respect to the footnote to the chapter, it was noted that the footnote emphasized the contribution of the Permanent Bureau of the Hague Conference on Private International Law to the chapter.
108- وردّا على سؤال بشأن الحاشية الواردة في الفصل، أشير إلى أن الحاشية تشدّد على المساهمة التي قدّمها المكتب الدائم لمؤتمر لاهاي للقانون الدولي الخاص في إعداد الفصل.

The Chairperson said that cooperation with the Permanent Bureau of the Hague Conference was an example of inter-agency cooperation that the Working Group felt should be encouraged by acknowledging it in a footnote.
