2. On 12 September 1993, the author filed a request to be recognized as a refugee in France, which was rejected by the Office français de protection des réfugiés et apatrides (French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless People) on 16 February 1994.
٢ - وكانت مقدمة البلاغ قد قدمت في ١٢ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٣ طلبا للاعتراف بها كلاجئة في فرنسا، ورفض المكتب الفرنسي لحماية اللاجئين وعديمي الجنسية طلبها في ١٦ شباط/فبراير ١٩٩٤.

On 12 September 2003, the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons (OFPRA) rejected his application, a decision confirmed on 14 May 2004 by the Refugee Appeals Board (CRR).
وفي 12 أيلول/سبتمبر 2003، رفض طلبه المكتب الفرنسي لحماية اللاجئين وعديمي الجنسية، وهو قرار أيده مجلس طعون اللاجئين في 14 أيار/مايو 2004.
