The Basel Convention secretariat has published an instruction manual on the prosecution of illegal traffic in hazardous wastes or other wastes and a training manual on illegal traffic for customs and enforcement agencies.
وقد نشرت أمانة اتفاقية بازل دليلاً إرشادياً بشأن الملاحقة القضائية للاتجار غير المشروع في النفايات الخطرة أو النفايات الأخرى، ودليلاً تدريبياً عن الاتجار غير المشروع لاستخدامه من قِبَل سلطات الجمارك ووكالات الإنفاذ.

By its decision IX/23, the Conference of the Parties to the Basel Convention on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Wastes and Their Disposal requested the Secretariat to prepare a draft instruction manual for the legal profession on the prosecution of illegal traffic.
1 - طلب مؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية بازل بشأن التحكم في نقل النفايات الخطرة والتخلص منها عبر الحدود، بموجب مقرره 9/23، إلى الأمانة أن تعد مشروع دليل تعليمات للمهن القانونية بشأن الملاحقة القضائية للاتجار غير المشروع.

Under this agenda item, the representative of the Secretariat will give an update on activities in relation to the development of national legislation and the enforcement of the Convention, for instance, the development of tools, the organization of training activities and the preparation of a draft instruction manual for the legal profession on the prosecution of illegal traffic.

1- طلب الفريق العامل مفتوح العضوية، بموجب مقرره - 5/9، إلى " الأطراف أن تقدم إلى الأمانة قبل 31 تموز/يوليه 2006 مقترحات بشأن البنود التي يمكن معالجتها في دليل التعليمات للمهن القانونية بشأن الملاحقة القضائية للاتجار غير المشروع " .

Decision V/9 also requested the Secretariat, among other things, " to prepare an outline of an instruction manual for the legal profession on the prosecution of illegal traffic, based on submissions received from Parties, for consideration by the Conference of the Parties at its eighth meeting " .
كما يطلب المقرر 5/9 إلى الأمانة، من جملة أمور " أن تعد مخططاً أولياً لدليل التعليمات للمهن القانونية بشأن الملاحقة القضائية للاتجار غير المشروع للنظر فيه استناداً إلى الورقات الواردة من الأطراف، لكي ينظر فيه مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه الثامن " .
