35. The Conference adopted the recommendations issued by the OIC Contact Group on Jammu and Kashmir. It also took note of the memorandum presented by the True Representatives of the Kashmiri people to the Group.
أقر المؤتمر التوصيات التي أصدرها فريق الاتصال بشأن جامو وكشمير المنبثق عن منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي، كما أخذ علماً بالمذكرة التي قدمها الممثلون الحقيقيون للشعب الكشميري إلى فريق الاتصال.

3. The True Representatives of the Kashmiri people request the members of the Commission on Human Rights to convince India to accept the following:
٣ - ويطلب الممثلون الحقيقيون للشعب الكشميري إلى أعضاء لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان إقناع الهند بقبول ما يلي:

" It is equally regrettable that the OIC has repeatedly allowed itself to be addressed by elements claiming to be the'True Representatives of the people of Jammu and Kashmir'.
ومن المؤسف أيضا أن تسمح منظمة المؤتمر الاسلامي لنفسها مرارا وتكرارا بأن يخاطبها أفراد يدّعون أنهم الممثلون الحقيقيون لشعب جامو وكشمير.

It also took note of the memorandum presented by the True Representatives of the Kashmiri People to the Contact Group and reaffirmed the OIC's commitment to promote a just and peaceful solution of the Jammu and Kashmir dispute.
وأخذ علما كذلك بالمذكرة التي قدمها الممثلون الحقيقيون للشعب الكشميري إلى فريق الاتصال، وأكد مجددا التزام منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي بتعزيز حل عادل وسلمي للنزاع في جامو وكشمير.

5. Finally, the meeting took note of the memorandum presented by the True Representatives of the Kashmir people. The memorandum is annexed as part of this report.
5 - وأخيرا، أخذ الاجتماع علما بالمذكرة التي قدمها الممثلون الحقيقيون لشعب كشمير وقرر إرفاقها بهذا التقرير.

It also took note of the Memorandum presented by the True Representatives of the Kashmiri people and reaffirmed the OIC's commitment to promote the just and peaceful solution of the Jammu & Kashmir dispute, in accordance with the wishes and aspirations of the Kashmiri people.
كما أحاط علما بالمذكرة التي قدمها الممثلون الحقيقيون للشعب الكشميري، وأكد مجددا التزام منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي بالسعي إلى التوصل إلى حل عادل وسلمي للنزاع حول جامو وكشمير وفقا لإرادة أبناء الشعب الكشميري وتطلعاته.

I have the honour to transmit to you in my capacity as the Chairman of the Organization of the Islamic Conference in Geneva, a statement adopted by the OIC Contact Group on Jammu and Kashmir, along with a memorandum presented to the Group by the True Representatives of Jammu and Kashmir.
أتشرف بأن أحيل إليكم، بصفتي رئيسة منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي، بياناً اعتمده فريق الاتصال العني بجامو وكشمير والتابع لمنظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي، رفقة مذكرة قدّمها إلى هذا الفريق الممثلون الحقيقيون لجامو وكشمير.

32. The Conference endorsed the recommendations of the OIC Contact Group on Jammu and Kashmir. It also took note of the memorandum presented by the True Representatives of the Kashmiri people to the Contact Group and reaffirmed the OIC's commitment to promote a just and peaceful solution of the Jammu and Kashmir dispute.
32 - أقر المؤتمر التوصيات التي أصدرها فريق الاتصال بشأن جامو وكشمير المنبثق عن منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي، وأخذ علماً بالمذكرة التي قدمها الممثلون الحقيقيون للشعب الكشميري إلى فريق الاتصال. كما أكـد الـتزام منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي بتحقيق حـل سلمي عادل لنزاع جامو وكشمير.

42. The Meeting endorsed the recommendations of the OIC Contact Group on Jammu and Kashmir. It also took note of the memorandum presented by the True Representatives of the Kashmiri People to the Contact Group and reaffirmed the OIC's commitment to promote a just and peaceful solution of the Jammu and Kashmir dispute.
42 - أقر الاجتماع توصيات فريق الاتصال التابع لمنظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي المعني بجامو وكشمير، وأخذ علماً بالمذكرة التي قدمها الممثلون الحقيقيون لشعب كشمير إلى فريق الاتصال، وأكد مجدداً التزام منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي بتشجيع الحل العادل والسلمي لنزاع جامو وكشمير.

21. India should abandon its present strategy and acknowledge that a military solution was not possible, that the status quo was untenable and that a peaceful and durable political settlement would require negotiations between India and Pakistan involving the True Representatives of Jammu and Kashmir.
21 - وقال إنه ينبغي للهند أن تتخلى عن استراتيجيتها الحالية وأن تقر بأن الحل العسكري ليس ممكنا، وأنه لا يمكن الدفاع عن سياسة الأمر الواقع وأن التسوية السلمية والسياسية الدائمة تتطلب إجراء مفاوضات بين الهند وباكستان يشارك فيها الممثلون الحقيقيون لجامو وكشمير.

I have the honour to transmit to you a statement* made at the meeting of the Organization of the Islamic Conference Contact Group on Jammu and Kashmir held at the United Nations Office in Geneva on 13 April 2000, along with a memorandum on the situation in Jammu and Kashmir submitted by the True Representatives of the Kashmiri people.
