Noting with appreciation the efforts undertaken by various regional organizations against political platforms and activities based on doctrines of superiority which are based on racial discrimination or ethnic exclusiveness and xenophobia, including, in particular, neo-Nazism,
وإذ تلاحظ مع التقدير الجهود التي تبذلها مختلف المنظمات الإقليمية لمكافحة المنابر والأنشطة السياسية القائمة على نظريات الإحساس بالتفوق والتي تقوم على التمييز العنصري أو الاستئثار العرقي وكراهية الأجانب بما في ذلك النازية الجديدة بصفة خاصة،

2. Expresses its determination to resist such political platforms and activities which can undermine the enjoyment of human rights and fundamental freedoms and of equality of opportunity;

(d) In the sixth preambular paragraph, the words " ideologies and practices based on racial or ethnic discrimination or superiority " were replaced by the words " political platforms and activities based on doctrines of superiority which are based on racial discrimination or ethnic exclusiveness and xenophobia " ;

1. Again resolutely condemns political platforms and activities based on doctrines of superiority which are based on racial discrimination or ethnic exclusiveness and xenophobia, including, in particular, neo-Nazism, which entail abuse of human rights and fundamental freedoms;
1 - توطد العزم مرة أخرى على إدانة أنشطة المنابر والأنشطة السياسية القائمة على نظريات الإحساس بالتفوق والتي تقوم على التمييز العنصري والاستئثار العرقي وكراهية الأجانب بما في ذلك النازية الجديدة بصفة خاصة ويترتب عليها انتهاك حقوق الإنسان وحرياته الأساسية؛

3. Urges States to take all available measures in accordance with their obligations under international human rights instruments to combat political platforms and activities based on doctrines of superiority which are based on racial discrimination or ethnic exclusiveness and xenophobia, including, in particular, neo-Nazism;
3 - تحث الدول على اتخاذ جميع التدابير المتاحة وفقا لالتزاماتها بموجب الصكوك الدولية لحقوق الإنسان لمكافحة المنابر والأنشطة السياسية القائمة على نظريات الإحساس بالتفوق والتي تقوم على التمييز العنصري والاستئثار العرقي وكراهية الأجانب بما في ذلك النازية الجديدة بصفة خاصة؛

(j) In operative paragraph 2, the words " neo-Nazism and any doctrines based on racial or ethnic discrimination or superiority, and especially their practices " were replaced by the words " such political platforms and activities " ;

4. Calls upon all Governments to promote and encourage, especially among the young, respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms, as well as to promote awareness of and oppose political platforms and activities based on doctrines of superiority which are based on racial discrimination or ethnic exclusiveness and xenophobia, including, in particular, neo-Nazism;

6. Requests the Secretary-General to include in his report to the World Conference against Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance information on the measures taken by Member States against political platforms and activities based on doctrines of superiority, which are based on racial discrimination or ethnic exclusiveness and xenophobia, including, in particular, neo-Nazism.

(c) In the fifth preambular paragraph, the words " neo-Nazi activities and any ideologies and practices based on racial or ethnic discrimination or superiority " were replaced by the words " political platforms and activities based on doctrines of superiority which are based on racial discrimination or ethnic exclusiveness and xenophobia, including, in particular, neo-Nazism " ;
