More particularly, it provides current updated information with regard to the Optional Rules for Arbitration and Conciliation of Disputes Relating to Natural Resources and/or the Environment of the Permanent Court of Arbitration, as this is the relevant development that has taken place since 2007.

Permanent Court of Arbitration Equally salient regarding the procedures of settlement of disputes is that the Permanent Court of Arbitration adopted the Optional Rules for Arbitration of Disputes Relating to Natural Resources and/or the Environment at the extraordinary meeting of the Administrative Council on 19 June 2001.

In addition, article 14 of the Kiev Protocol also provides for a final and binding arbitration in accordance with the Permanent Court of Arbitration Optional Rules for Arbitration of Disputes Relating to Natural Resources and/or the Environment.

44. The Permanent Court of Arbitration in the Hague adopted Optional Rules for Arbitration of Disputes Relating to Natural Resources and/or the Environment on 19 June 2001, and Optional Rules for Conciliation of Disputes Relating to Natural Resources and/or the Environment on 16 April 2002.

To Aadopt the Optional Rules for Arbitration of Disputes Relating to Natural Resources and the Environment of 19 June 2001, and the Optional Rules for Conciliation of Disputes Relating to Natural Resources and/or the Environment of 16 April 2002 of the Permanent Court of Arbitration. Annex I

5. The PCA Outer Space Rules nearest precedent, i.e. the PCA Optional Rules for Arbitration of Disputes Relating to Natural Resources and the Environment, applies to a field that is very close to space activities.
5- وتنطبق أحدث مجموعة من القواعد التي وضعتها المحكمة الدائمة للتحكيم في إطار قواعد الفضاء الخارجي، أي القواعد الاختيارية بشأن التحكيم في المنازعات المتعلقة بالموارد الطبيعية والبيئة، على ميدان ذي صلة وثيقة بالأنشطة الفضائية.

15. Should members of the Council remain concerned about reference to the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, another possibility may be to make reference to the arbitration rules of the Permanent Court of Arbitration, in particular the Optional Rules for Arbitration of Disputes Relating to Natural Resources and/or the Environment.

7. One Party has no objections to adopting the revised annexes on arbitration and conciliation procedures, as contained in the annexes to document ICCD/COP(9)/14, as well as the Optional Rules for Arbitration and Conciliation of Disputes Relating to Natural Resources and/or the Environment of the Permanent Court of Arbitration.

To further adopt the Optional Rules for Arbitration of Disputes Relating to Natural Resources and/or the Environment of 19 June 2001 and the Optional Rules for Conciliation of Disputes Relating to Natural Resources and/or the Environment of 16 April 2002 of the Permanent Court of Arbitration;

Equally salient regarding the procedures for settlement of disputes is that the Permanent Court of Arbitration adopted Optional Rules for Arbitration of Disputes Relating to Natural Resources and/or the Environment on 19 June 2001, and Optional Rules for Conciliation of Disputes Relating to Natural Resources and/or the Environment on 16 April 2002.

12. The PCA Optional Rules for Arbitration of Disputes Relating to Natural Resources and/or the Environment and the PCA Optional Rules for Conciliation of Disputes Relating to Natural Resources and/or the Environment (Environmental Rules) were adopted in 2001 and 2002 respectively.
12- وقد اعتُمدت القواعد الاختيارية لمحكمة التحكيم الدائمة من أجل التحكيم في المنازعات المتعلقة بالموارد الطبيعية و/أو البيئة في عام 2001، واعتمدت القواعد الاختيارية لمحكمة التحكيم الدائمة من أجل التوفيق في المنازعات المتعلقة بالموارد الطبيعية و/أو البيئة (القواعد البيئية) في عام 2002.

Adopt the Optional Rules for Arbitration of Disputes Relating to Natural Resources and/or the Environment of 19 June 2001, and the Optional Rules for Conciliation of Disputes Relating to Natural Resources and/or the Environment of 16 April 2002 of the Permanent Court of Arbitration;

The Permanent Court of Arbitration's (PCA) Optional Rules for Arbitration of Disputes Relating to Natural Resources and/or the Environment and the PCA Optional Rules for Conciliation of Disputes Relating to Natural Resources and/or the Environment ( " Environmental Rules " ) were adopted in 2001 and 2002 respectively.
