٢ - إذا كان عدد المرشحين الحاصلين على هذه اﻷغلبية أقل من عدد المناصب المراد ملؤها، تجرى اقتراعات إضافية لملء المناصب الباقية، ويقتصر التصويت على المرشحين الحاصلين على أكبر عدد من اﻷصوات في الاقتراع السابق، على ألا يتجاوز عددهم ضعف عدد المناصب الباقية المراد ملؤها.
