Abstracts Nos. 17 to 19 under the Case Law on UNCITRAL Texts (CLOUT) system were published8 to disseminate information on court decisions and arbitral awards relating to Conventions and Model Laws emanating from the work of the Commission.

Lastly, the General Assembly would stress the importance of bringing into effect the conventions emanating from the work of the Commission for the global unification and harmonization of international trade law, and to this end urge States that have not yet done so to consider signing, ratifying or acceding to these conventions.
وأخيرا، تشدد الجمعية العامة في مشروع القرار على أهمية إعمال الاتفاقيات المنبثقة عن أعمال اللجنة من أجل توحيد القانون التجاري الدولي وتنسيقه على الصعيد العالمي، ولهذا الغرض تحث الدول التي لم توقع بعد هذه الاتفاقية أو تصدق عليها أو تنضم اليها على أن تفعل ذلك.
