34. Also at the 3rd meeting, the Assembly decided to accept the requests of a number of intergovernmental organizations and other entities and non-governmental organizations to make statements during the time allocated for general statements.

(أ) المنظمات الحكومية الدولية وغيرها من الكيانات التي تلقت دعوة دائمة من الجمعية العامة للمشاركة بصفة مراقب في دورات وأعمال جميع المؤتمرات الدولية التي تعقد تحت رعايتها، وفقا للنظام الداخلي للمؤتمر؛

(c) Representatives of the intergovernmental organizations and other entities that have received a standing invitation from the General Assembly to participate in the capacity of observer in the sessions and work of all international conferences convened under its auspices;

(هـ) زيادة استخدام اتفاقيات البحار الإقليمية وخطط العمل واتفاقات الجبال الإقليمية كمنتدى للتنفيذ الإقليمي المنسق للاتفاقات البيئية المتعددة الأطراف علاوة على ولايات المنظمات الحكومية الدولية وغيرها من المبادرات العالمية والإقليمية؛

87. Mr. Myint (Myanmar), referring to the question of human settlements, described the positive results that Myanmar had achieved in its implementation of the Habitat Agenda, the success of which was attributable to close cooperation among intergovernmental organizations and other actors of civil society.

Option 1: The platform, including the plenary and informal meetings, would be open to participation by all States, in addition to intergovernmental organizations and other relevant stakeholders having received a standing invitation from the plenary.
