Calls upon United Nations organizations and other relevant organizations and forums, in accordance with the outcomes of the World Summit, to periodically review and modify the methodologies for information and communications technology indicators, taking into account different levels of development and national circumstances, and therefore:
38 - يهيب بمنظمات الأمم المتحدة وغيرها من المنظمات والمنتديات المعنية أن تستعرض، وفقا لنتائج القمة العالمية، المنهجيات الموضوعة لمؤشرات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات وأن تعدلها بصورة دورية، آخذة في اعتبارها اختلاف مستويات التنمية والظروف الوطنية، ومن ثم فإنه:

Calls upon United Nations organizations and other relevant organizations and forums, in accordance with the outcomes of the World Summit, to periodically review and modify the methodologies for information and communications technology indicators, taking into account different levels of development and national circumstances;
36 - يهيب بمنظمات الأمم المتحدة وغيرها من المنظمات والمنتديات المعنية أن تستعرض دوريا وتعدل المنهجيات الموضوعة لمؤشرات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، وفقا لنتائج القمة العالمية، مع مراعاة مختلف مستويات التنمية والظروف الوطنية؛

(e) Encourages United Nations organizations and other relevant organizations and forums to promote assessment of the impact of information and communications technologies on poverty and in key sectors to identify the knowledge and skills needed to boost impacts;
(هـ) يشجع منظمات الأمم المتحدة وغيرها من المنظمات والمنتديات المعنية على تقييم تأثير تكنولوجيات المعلومات والاتصالات في الفقر وفي القطاعات الرئيسية من أجل تحديد المعارف والمهارات اللازمة لزيادة حجم ذلك التأثير؛

(d) Encourages United Nations organizations and other relevant organizations and forums to promote assessment of the impact of information and communications technologies on poverty and in key sectors to identify the knowledge and skills needed to boost impacts;
(د) يشجع منظمات الأمم المتحدة وغيرها من المنظمات والمنتديات المعنية على تقييم تأثير تكنولوجيات المعلومات والاتصالات في الفقر وفي القطاعات الرئيسية من أجل تحديد المعارف والمهارات اللازمة لزيادة حجم ذلك التأثير؛

(d) Calls upon United Nations organizations and other relevant organizations and forums to study the implications of the current world economic situation on information and communications technology deployment, in particular connectivity through broadband, and its economic sustainability;
(د) يهيب بمنظمات الأمم المتحدة وغيرها من المنظمات والمنتديات المعنية دراسة الآثار المترتبة على الحالة الاقتصادية الراهنة في العالم في نشر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، وبخاصة التواصل باستخدام تقنية الاتصال السريع، واستدامتها اقتصاديا؛

(f) Encourages United Nations organizations and other relevant organizations and forums to promote assessment of the impact of information and communications technologies on poverty and in key sectors to identify the knowledge and skills needed to boost impacts;
(و) يشجع منظمات الأمم المتحدة وغيرها من المنظمات والمنتديات المعنية على الترويج لتقييم تأثير تكنولوجيات المعلومات والاتصالات في الفقر وفي القطاعات الرئيسية بغية تحديد المعارف والمهارات اللازمة لزيادة فعالية تأثيرها؛

(e) Also encourages United Nations organizations and other relevant organizations and forums to promote assessment of the impact of information and communications technologies on poverty and in key sectors to identify the knowledge and skills needed to boost impacts;
(هـ) يشجع أيضا منظمات الأمم المتحدة وغيرها من المنظمات والمنتديات المعنية على تعزيز عمليات تقييم تأثير تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات على الفقر وفي القطاعات الرئيسية من أجل تحديد المعارف والمهارات اللازمة لزيادة حجم ذلك التأثير؛

(b) Calls upon United Nations organizations and other relevant organizations and forums to study the implications of the current world economic situation on information and communications technology deployment, particularly information and communications technology connectivity through broadband, and its economic sustainability;
(ب) يهيب بمنظمات الأمم المتحدة وغيرها من المنظمات والمنتديات المعنية دراسة الآثار المترتبة على الحالة الاقتصادية الراهنة في العالم في نشر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، وبخاصة التواصل عبر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات من خلال تقنية الاتصال السريع، واستدامتها اقتصاديا؛

(e) Encourages United Nations organizations and other relevant organizations and forums to promote impact assessment of information and communications technologies on poverty and in key sectors to identify the knowledge and skills needed to boost impacts;
(هـ) يشجع منظمات الأمم المتحدة وغيرها من المنظمات والمنتديات المعنية على الترويج لتقييم تأثير تكنولوجيات المعلومات والاتصالات في الفقر وفي القطاعات الرئيسية بغية تحديد المعارف والمهارات اللازمة لزيادة فعالية تأثيرها؛
