٤- تدعو أيضا جميع الدول إلى عدم تشجيع سن التشريعات التي تضر بلم شمل أسر المهاجرين الحائزين للوثائق اللازمة وإرسال التحويلات المالية، أو إلى إلغاء هذه التشريعات؛

37. The draft resolution also reaffirmed that all Governments, especially those of receiving countries, must recognize the importance of family reunification and promote its incorporation into national legislation in order to protect the unity of families of documented migrants.
37 - وأضافت أن مشروع القرار يعيد أيضا تأكيد أن من واجب جميع الحكومات، ولا سيما حكومات البلدان المستقبلة، الاعتراف بأهمية جمع شمل الأسرة والعمل على إدخاله في تشريعاتها الوطنية من أجل كفالة وحدة أسر المهاجرين الحائزين للوثائق اللازمة.

That revision had involved deletion of the words " the freedom of migrants to travel " from the second line of paragraph 4 and insertion of the words " of documented migrants " after the words " family reunification " .
وإن هذا التنقيج، الذي يتناول الفقرة ٤ من منطوق المشروع، يتمثل في شطب الكلمات " بحرية سفر المهاجرين " الواردة في السطر اﻷول من المشروع وأن تضاف بعد الكلمات " بلم شمل اﻷسر " عبارة " المهاجرين الحائزين للوثائق اللازمة " .

At the 56th meeting, on 6 December, the representative of Cuba introduced a draft resolution entitled " Respect for the universal freedom of travel and the vital importance of family reunification " (A/C.3/49/L.37) and orally revised it as follows: in operative paragraph 4, the words " freedom of migrants to travel " were deleted, and the words " of documented migrants " were inserted after the words " family reunification " .
