In accordance with the practice followed for the Tenth United Nations Congress on the Prevention of Crime and the Treatment of Offenders and Eleventh United Nations Congress on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice, resources have been allocated for holding four regional preparatory meetings, including necessary resources for the participation of the least developed countries.
