Mr. Al-Shami (Yemen) recalled that discussions at the interactive thematic dialogue of the United Nations General Assembly on taking collective action to end human trafficking had led to the launching of negotiations on two possible courses of action: drafting a new global plan of action to combat trafficking or strengthening the implementation of existing instruments.
