(2) (a) Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (4) of this article, the solicitation documents may require the supplier or contractor whose tender has been accepted to sign a written procurement contract conforming to the tender.
)٢( )أ( بالرغم من أحكام الفقرة )٤( من هذه المادة. يجوز أن تشترط وثائق التماس العطاءات على المورد أو المقاول الذي قبل عطاؤه أن يوقع على عقد اشتراء كتابي مطابق للعطاء.

(b) if the supplier or contractor that submitted the tender does not accept a correction of an arithmetical error made pursuant to paragraph (1) (b) of this article;
)ب( إذا لم يقبل المورد أو المقاول الذي قدم العطاء تصحيح خطأ حسابي أجري عملا بالفقرة )١( )ب( من هذه المادة؛

The notice provided for in paragraph (1) of this article shall be given to the supplier or contractor that submitted that tender.
ويعطى اﻹخطار المشار إليه في الفقرة )١( من هذه المادة إلى المورد أو المقاول الذي قدم ذلك العطاء.

(3) The procurement contract shall be awarded to the supplier or contractor that gave the lowest-priced quotation meeting the needs of the procuring entity.
)٣( يرسى عقد الاشتراء على المورد أو المقاول الذي قدم أدنى عرض أسعار يفي باحتياجات الجهة المشترية.

(b) invite for negotiations on the price of its proposal the supplier or contractor that has attained the best rating in accordance with paragraph (2)(a) of this article;
)ب( تدعو المورد أو المقاول الذي يحصل على أعلى درجة وفقا للفقرة ٢ )أ( من هذه المادة الى مفاوضات حول سعر اقتراحه؛

(b) If the supplier or contractor that submitted the tender does not accept a correction of an arithmetical error made pursuant to paragraph (1) (b) of this article;
)ب( إذا لم يقبل المورد أو المقاول الذي قدم العطاء تصحيح خطأ حسابي أجري عملا بالفقرة )١( )ب( من هذه المادة؛

(b) Invite for negotiations on the price of its proposal the supplier or contractor that has attained the best rating in accordance with article 42 (1);
)ب( تدعو المورد أو المقاول الذي يحصل على أعلى درجة وفقا للمادة ٤٢ )١( الى مفاوضات حول سعر اقتراحه؛

(8) The procuring entity may require a supplier or contractor that has been prequalified to demonstrate again its qualifications in accordance with the same criteria used to prequalify such supplier or contractor.
)٨( يجوز للجهة المشترية أن تطلب من المورد أو المقاول الذي تم تأهيله أن يثبت أهليته من جديد وفقا لنفس المعايير التي روعيت في التأهيل المسبق لهذا المورد أو المقاول.

(6) A tender received by the procuring entity after the deadline for the submission of tenders shall not be opened and shall be returned to the supplier or contractor that submitted it.
)٦( لا يفتح العطاء الذي تتلقاه الجهة المشترية بعد الموعد النهائي لتقديم العطاءات، ويعاد إلى المورد أو المقاول الذي قدمه.

(e) If it becomes apparent to the procuring entity that the negotiations with the supplier or contractor invited pursuant to subparagraph (b) of this article will not result in a procurement contract, inform that supplier or contractor that it is terminating the negotiations;
)ﻫ( إذا أصبح واضحا للجهة المشترية أن المفاوضات مع المورد أو المقاول الذي وجهت إليهم الدعوة عملا بالفقرة )ب( من هذه المادة لن تسفر عن إبرام عقد اشتراء، تخطر ذلك المورد أو المقاول بإنهاء المفاوضات؛

(4) Any award by the procuring entity shall be made to the supplier or contractor whose proposal best meets the needs of the procuring entity as determined in accordance with the criteria for evaluating the proposals as well as with the relative weight and manner of application of those criteria as set forth in the request for proposals.
)٤( أي قرار تتخذه الجهة المشترية بإرساء الاشتراء يجب أن يكون لصالح المورد أو المقاول الذي يفي الاقتراح المقدم منه باحتياجات الجهة المشترية على أحسن وجه حسب ما يتحدد وفقا للمعايير الخاصة بتقييم الاقتراحات وكذلك وفقا للوزن النسبي وطريقة تطبيق تلك المعايير على النحو المبين في طلب تقديم الاقتراحات.

(d) Any award by the procuring entity shall be made to the supplier or contractor whose proposal best meets the needs of the procuring entity as determined in accordance with the criteria for evaluating the proposals as well as with the relative weight and manner of application of those criteria as set forth in the request for proposals.
)د( أي قرار تتخذه الجهة المشترية بإرساء الاشتراء يجب أن يكون لصالح المورد أو المقاول الذي يفي الاقتراح المقدم منه باحتياجات الجهة المشترية على أحسن وجه حسب ما يتحدد وفقا للمعايير الخاصة بتقييم الاقتراحات وكذلك وفقا للوزن النسبي وطريقة تطبيق تلك المعايير على النحو المبين في طلب الاقتراحات.

Notice of acceptance of the tender shall be given promptly to the supplier or contractor submitting the tender.
ويعطى إخطار قبول العطاء فورا إلى المورد أو المقاول الذي قدم العطاء.
