6. It is prohibited for a High Contracting Party to transfer cluster munitions other than those described in Technical Annex B.
6- يُحظر على الطرف المتعاقد السامي نقل الذخائر العنقودية غير تلك الموصوفة في المرفق التقني باء.

(e) cluster munitions that do not meet the standards described in Technical Annex B retained in accordance with paragraph 11 of article 4;
(ه( الذخائر العنقودية التي لا تستوفي المعايير الموصوفة في المرفق التقني باء والتي تحتفظ بها وفقا للفقرة 11 من المادة 4؛

1. Cluster munitions other that those described in Technical Annex B and produced before 1980;

2. It is prohibited for a High Contracting Party to use, develop, produce, otherwise acquire, stockpile or retain cluster munitions other than those described in Technical Annex B.
2- يُحظر على الطرف المتعاقد السامي استعمال الذخائر العنقودية غير تلك الموصوفة في المرفق التقني باء أو استحداثها أو إنتاجها أو حيازتها بطريقة أخرى أو تخزينها أو الاحتفاظ بها.

(b) stockpile surveillance and management programmes for storage of cluster munitions described in Technical Annex B in accordance with sub-paragraph 1(c) of article 5;
(ب) برامج مراقبة وإدارة مخزونات الذخائر العنقودية الموصوفة في المرفق التقني باء وفقاً للفقرة الفرعية 1(ج) من المادة 5؛

(d) destruction of cluster munitions under its jurisdiction and control other than those described in technical annex B:
(د) تدمير الذخائر العنقودية المشمولة بولايتها والخاضعة لسيطرتها غير الذخائر الموصوفة في المرفق التقني باء:

2. Cluster munitions other than those described in Technical Annex B unless subject to deferral periods pursuant to paragraphs 3 and 7 of article 4.

(b) stockpile surveillance and management programmes for storage of cluster munitions described in Technical Annex B in accordance with sub-paragraph 1 (c) of Article 6;
(ب) برامج مراقبة وإدارة مخزونات الذخائر العنقودية الموصوفة في المرفق التقني باء وفقاً للفقرة الفرعية 1(ج) من المادة 6؛

(d) destruction of cluster munitions under its jurisdiction and control other than those described in Technical Annex B:
(د) تدمير الذخائر العنقودية المشمولة بولايتها والخاضعة لسيطرتها غير الذخائر الموصوفة في المرفق التقني باء:

(b) destroy or ensure the destruction of all cluster munitions under its jurisdiction and control other than those described in Technical Annex B as soon as feasible, starting no later than:
(ب) تدمير أو ضمان تدمير جميع الذخائر العنقودية المشمولة بولايته والخاضعة لسيطرته غير الذخائر الموصوفة في المرفق التقني باء وذلك في أقرب وقت ممكن، على أن يبدأ ذلك في موعد لا يتجاوز:

(a) on entry into force of this Protocol for it or immediately after any period of deferred compliance under paragraph 3 of article 4, remove all cluster munitions other than those described in Technical Annex B under its jurisdiction and control from its operational stocks, separate them from munitions retained for operational use, and in accordance with national procedures mark and safely secure them;
(أ) عند بدء نفاذ البروتوكول بالنسبة إليه أو مباشرة بعد أي فترة من تأجيل الامتثال عملاً بالفقرة 3 من المادة 4، إزالة جميع الذخائر العنقودية غير الذخائر الموصوفة في المرفق التقني باء والمشمولة بولايته والخاضعة لسيطرته، من مخزوناته العملياتية، وفصلها عن الذخائر المحتفظ بها للاستعمال العملياتي، ووضع علامات عليها وتأمينها بشكل سليم وفقاً للإجراءات الوطنية؛

2. A High Contracting Party that has cluster munitions other than those described in Technical Annex B under its jurisdiction and control shall, after the expiration of any period of deferred compliance specified in sub-paragraph 1(b) of this article, develop a comprehensive plan in accordance with national procedures for the destruction of all such cluster munitions including a schedule and the time required for completion of destruction.
2- يقوم الطرف المتعاقد السامي الذي تكون لديه ذخائر عنقودية غير تلك الموصوفة في المرفق التقني باء مشمولة بولايته وخاضعة لسيطرته، عند انقضاء أي فترة من تأجيل الامتثال محددة في الفقرة الفرعية 1(ب) من هذه المادة، بوضع خطة شاملة وفقاً للإجراءات الوطنية لتدمير جميع هذه الذخائر العنقودية، بما في ذلك وضع جدول وتحديد الزمن المطلوب لإكمال التدمير.
