Staff members appointed under these rules shall be entitled to compensation in the event of illness, injury or death attributable to the performance of official duties on behalf of the United Nations.
الموظفون المعينون بموجب هذه القواعد يستحقون التعويض في حالات المرض أو الاصابة أو الوفاة بسبب أداء واجبات رسمية في خدمة اﻷمم المتحدة.

باء - الموظفون المعينون بموجب المجموعة من النظام الإداري للموظفين

The draft guidelines for appointments of limited duration and the new results and competency assessment guidelines specify that persons appointed for a limited duration who have served for at least six months should be reviewed at the same time as Staff appointed under the 100 and 200 series of the Staff Rules.
وتنص المبادئ التوجيهية للتعيينات المحدودة المدة والمبادئ التوجيهية الجديدة لتقييم النتائج والكفاءة على ضرورة استعراض الموظفين المعينين لفترات محدودة الذين عملوا مدة لا تقل عن 6 أشهر في نفس الوقت الذي يُستعرض فيه الموظفون المعينون بموجب المجموعتين 100 و 200 من النظام الإداري للموظفين.

(b) Unless otherwise specified in their letter of appointment, staff members recruited under these Rules shall give written notice of resignation.

Staff members appointed under these Rules who are unable to perform their duties by reason of illness or injury or whose attendance is prevented by public health requirements will be granted sick leave in accordance with the following provisions:

(c) Staff appointed under these Rules at the Professional level and above shall be governed by the rates of staff assessment for staff without dependants specified in staff regulation 3.3 (b) (i).
(ج) يخضع الموظفون المعينون بموجب هذا النظام في الفئة الفنية وما فوقها لمعدلات الاقتطاع الإلزامي من المرتبات المطبقة على الموظفين غير المعيلين المحددة في البند 3/3 (ب) `1 ' من النظام الأساسي للموظفين.

(c) Staff appointed under these Rules at the Professional level and above shall be governed by the rates of the staff assessment for staff without dependants specified in staff regulations 3.3 (b) (i).

The Staff Regulations apply to all staff at all levels, including staff holding appointments under the 100, 200 and 300 series of the Staff Rules.
