(a) Chemical hazard communication and implementation of the Globally Harmonized System for the Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS)

The subject of chemical hazard communication is also an integral element within the areas being addressed under the Globally Harmonized System for the Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS), which is currently being finalized through a key United Nations subcommittee.

4. Invites Governments that have not yet done so to take the necessary steps, through appropriate national procedures and/or legislation, to implement the Globally Harmonized System as soon as possible;
