٣٤ - وعلى صعيد الالتزامات الدولية المتصلة بممارسة الحقوق العمالية، بلغ الشعبة أن السلطات الحكومية ستستقبل أخيرا لجنة الحريات النقابية التابعة لمنظمة العمل الدولية، وهو ما سيمكن من الخروج بعلاقة السلفادور مع هذه المنظمة من الطريق المسدود التي تردت فيه.

Cases concerning a broad spectrum of economic, social and cultural rights have been brought before, inter alia, the Human Rights Committee, the Committee on Freedom of Association of the Governing Body of the International Labour Office, and the Committee on Conventions and Recommendations of the Executive Board of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
