1. Parties and Signatories to the Basel Convention are encouraged to implement policies and programmes which promote the environmentally and economically sound material recovery and recycling of end-of-life mobile phones.
1 - يجب تشجيع الأطراف والموقعين على اتفاقية بازل على تنفيذ سياسات وبرامج من شأنها النهوض بعمليات استعادة المواد وإعادة التدوير السليمة بيئياً واقتصادياً للهواتف النقالة الهالكة.
