5. The approach adopted in article 5 relating to the conduct of organs or agents placed at the disposal of an international organization by a State or another international organization was similar to that of article 6 of the draft articles on State responsibility and reflected the practice of international organizations, particularly that of the United Nations with respect to peacekeeping forces.
