145. Promotion of linguistic identity of deaf persons is performed through a bilateral project aimed at developing Croatian sign language " A Basic Grammar of Croatian Sign Language " of the FERS and Purdue University.
145- وتعزز الهوية اللغوية للصم من خلال مشروع ثنائي يهدف إلى تطوير لغة الإشارة الكرواتية، وهو مشروع " القواعد الأساسية للغة الإشارة الكرواتية " الذي تضطلع به كلية علوم التربية وإعادة التأهيل وجامعة بيرديو.

In line with the general requirement in article 1 that States shall encourage the promotion of the linguistic identity of the minority concerned, measures are required for persons belonging to minorities to learn their mother tongue (which is a minimum) or to have instruction in their mother tongue (which goes some steps further).
وتمشيا مع المطلب العام الوارد في المـادة 1 والقاضي بأن على الدول تشجيع تعزيز الهوية اللغوية للأقلية المعنية، من المطلوب اتخاذ تدابير لصالح الأشخاص الذين ينتمون إلى أقليات لتعلم لغتهم الأم (وهذا أقل ما يمكن فعله) أو تلقي دروس بلغتهم الأم (وهو أمر يذهب خطوات أبعد).
