42. A number of Parties believe that sessions of a Subsidiary Body for implementation should be organized in parallel with the ordinary sessions of the COP.
42- وأعرب عدد من الأطراف عن اعتقادهم بأن من الضروري تنظيم دورات الهيئة الفرعية المعنية بتنفيذ الاتفاقية بالتوازي مع الدورات العادية لمؤتمر الأطراف.

32. Written proposals by the observer organizations may be circulated by the Secretariat to the Commission and/or its relevant subsidiary organ unless decided otherwise by the Commission or the subsidiary organ concerned.
32- ويجوز أن تعمّم الأمانة المقترحات الكتابية المقدمة من المنظمات المشاركة بصفة مراقب على اللجنة و/أو هيئتها الفرعية المعنية، ما لم تقرر اللجنة أو الهيئة الفرعية المعنية غير ذلك.
