In keeping with the conclusions adopted by the SBI at its thirtieth session,2 all meetings are scheduled to end at 6 p.m., particularly to give Parties and regional groups sufficient time to prepare for daily meetings, but may, in exceptional circumstances, and on a case by case basis, continue for two to three hours.
9- وتمشياً مع الاستنتاجات التي اعتمدتها الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ في دورتها الثلاثين()، حُدِّد موعد انتهاء جميع الجلسات في الساعة السادسة مساءً، وخاصة لمنح الأطراف والمجموعات الإقليمية وقتاً كافياً للتحضير للاجتماعات اليومية، ولكن يمكن في ظروف استثنائية مواصلة الجلسات لمدة ساعتين إلى ثلاث ساعات حسب كل حالة على حدة.
