(a) The extent of the concessionaire’s obligation to provide the contracting authority or a regulatory body, as appropriate, with reports and other information on its operations;
)أ( مدى التزام صاحب الامتياز بتزويد الهيئة المتعاقدة أو هيئة رقابية - حسب الاقتضاء - بتقارير أو معلومات أخرى عن عملياته ؛

٧٣ - في حالة تسليم اﻷصول الى الهيئة المتعاقدة أو نقل ملكيتها مباشرة الى صاحب امتياز جديد ، يلتزم صاحب الامتياز عادة بنقلها في حالة جيدة وصالحة للتشغيل وخالية من الديون أو الالتزامات .

These parties may be concerned that a court of the host country might be biased in favour of the contracting authority or that in court proceedings short term policies or political considerations might prevail over the legitimate interests of the private investors.
