Accredit operational entities which meet the accreditation standards contained in appendix A below;
(أ) اعتماد الكيانات التشغيلية التي تفي بمعايير الاعتماد الواردة في التذييل ألف أدناه؛

The accreditation of independent entities in accordance with standards and procedures contained in appendix A below;
(ب) اعتماد الكيانات المستقلة وفقاً للمعايير والإجراءات الواردة في التذييل ألف أدناه؛

The [accreditation body] shall submit annually to the COP/MOP the list of designated operational entities that meet the accreditation standards contained in appendix A. The [accreditation body] shall maintain a publicly available list of all designated operational entities.
وتقدم [هيئة الاعتماد] سنوياً إلى مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في البروتوكول قائمة الكيانات التشغيلية المعينة التي تفي بمعايير الاعتماد الواردة في التذييل ألف.

11. The accreditation body shall accredit independent entities, in accordance with the standards and procedures contained in appendix A and relevant decisions by the [executive board] [COP/MOP].
11- تعتمد هيئة الاعتماد الكيانات المستقلة، وفقاً للمعايير والإجراءات الواردة في التذييل ألف وما يتصل بالموضوع من مقررات [المجلس التنفيذي] [مؤتمر الأطراف/اجتماع الأطراف].

26. The accreditation body shall accredit operational entities, in accordance with the standards and procedures contained in appendix A and relevant decisions of the [executive board] [COP/MOP].
26- تعتمد هيئة الاعتماد الكيانات التشغيلية، وفقا للمعايير والاجراءات الواردة في التذييل ألف والمقررات ذات الصلة الصادرة عن [المجلس التنفيذي] [مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في البروتوكول].

Recommend to the COP/MOP entities that meet the accreditation standards contained in appendix A for designation as operational entities in accordance with Article 12.5;
(أ) يوصي مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في البروتوكول بالكيانات التي تتوفر فيها معايير الاعتماد الواردة في التذييل ألف لتعيينها ككيانات تشغيل وفقاً للمادة 12-5؛

Review whether each designated operational entity continues to comply with the accreditation standards contained in appendix A and on this basis confirm whether to reaccredit the operational entity every three years;
(ج) يقوم بالتثبت مما إذا كان كل كيان تشغيلي معيّن لا يزال يمتثل لمعايير الاعتماد الواردة في التذييل ألف ويؤكد على هذا الأساس ما إذا كان سيتعين إعادة اعتماد الكيان التشغيلي مرة كل ثلاث سنوات؛

The designation of operational entities accredited by the executive board in accordance with Article 12, paragraph 5, and accreditation standards contained in appendix A below.
(ج) تعيين الكيانات التشغيلية التي اعتمدها المجلس التنفيذي وفقاً للفقرة 5 من المادة 12 ومعايير الاعتماد الواردة في التذييل ألف أدناه.
