21. The Committee recommends that the State party continue to seek international cooperation and assistance, as provided for in articles 2.1 and 23 of the Covenant, to enhance its efforts to improve the implementation of economic, social and cultural rights in Mongolia.

وإذ تهيب بالدول التي لم توقِّع الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية جميع الأشخاص من الاختفاء القسري() أو تصدق عليها أو تنضم إليها بعد أن تنظر في القيام بذلك على سبيل الأولوية، وأن تنظر في الخيار الوارد في المادتين 31 و 32 من الاتفاقية في ما يتعلق باللجنة المعنية بحالات الاختفاء القسري،

- The Extraordinary Chambers should exercise their jurisdiction in accordance with international standards of justice, fairness and due process of law, as set out in articles 14 and 15 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights;

49. The draft agreement stipulates that the Extraordinary Chambers would have to exercise their jurisdiction in accordance with international standards of justice, fairness and due process of law, as set out in articles 14 and 15 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
