18. At the 47th meeting, on 4 December, on the proposal of the Chairman, the Committee decided to recommend to the General Assembly that it take note of a number of documents before it under the item (see para. 20).

6.7 With regard to the author's allegations that he was denied a fair trial because the brother of one of the deceased was chief of the police station where he underwent his first interrogations, the Committee notes, first, that nothing in the documents before it leads it to conclude that these allegations were brought before the competent national authorities.
6-7 وفيما يخص مزاعم صاحب البلاغ أنه حُرم من الحصول على محاكمة منصفة لأن شقيق أحد المتوفيين كان رئيس مركز الشرطة الذي استجوب فيه لأول مرة، تلاحظ اللجنة، أولاً، أن الوثائق المعروضة عليها لا تشتمل على أي شيء من شأنه أن يقودها إلى استنتاج أن هذه المزاعم قد عُرضت على السلطات الوطنية المختصة.

The Committee notes, however, that the material before it does not allow it to establish the state of the author's health before and during his detention on death row.
بيد أن اللجنة ترى أن الوثائق المعروضة عليها لا تسمح بإثبات الحالة الصحية لصاحب البلاغ قبل احتجازه وأثناءه في انتظار تنفيذ عقوبة الإعدام.

10.4 The Committee has carefully examined the material before it and finds that it appears that the author’s main reason to leave his country was that he felt caught between the two parties in the internal conflict.
١٠-٤ وقد بحثت اللجنة بدقة الوثائق المعروضة عليها وترى أن السبب اﻷساسي الذي دفع مقدم البلاغ على ما يبدو إلى مغادرة بلده هو إحساسه بأنه يوجد بين المطرقة والسندان في النزاع الداخلي.
