One of the important consensual outcomes of the High-level Meeting was the commitment of the international community to assist LDCs expeditiously, both financially and technically, so as to allow them to benefit from the special and differential measures agreed in the Final Act of the Uruguay Round.
وإحدى نتائج هذا الاجتماع الهامة التي تم التوصل اليها بتوافق اﻵراء هي التزام المجتمع الدولي بتقديم المساعدة مالياً وتقنياً إلى أقل البلدان نمواً على وجه السرعة بغية السماح لهذه البلدان بالاستفادة من التدابير الخاصة والتفاضلية المتفق عليها في الوثيقة الختامية لجولة أوروغواي.
