نصت الوثيقة الخضراء الكبرى لحقوق الإنسان في عصر الجماهير على الآتي:

Those principles had been incorporated into all aspects of national legislation, such as the Great Green Charter of Human Rights and were recognized in areas such as education, employment, health and in economic activities, as shown by the number of women diplomats, doctors, judges and teachers.
وقد أُدمجت هذه المبادئ في جميع القوانين والتشريعات الوطنية، مثل الوثيقة الخضراء الكبرى لحقوق الإنسان، وتم إقرارها في ميادين التعليم، والعمالة، والمشاركة في الحياة الاقتصادية، والصحة بصورة خاصة، على نحو ما يشهد به وجود نساء ضمن الدبلوماسيين، والأطباء، والقضاة، وكذلك المدرسين.

The right to privacy was also enshrined in article 7 of the Great Green Document on Human Rights.

وللتدليل على ذلك، فقد نصت الوثيقة الخضراء الكبرى لحقوق الإنسان في المبدأ على أن المجتمع الجماهيري يضمن حق التقاضي واستقلال القضاء وأن لكل متهم الحق في محاكمة عادلة ونزيهة.

In this context, the Great Green Charter on Human Rights of the Jamahiriya Era forbids the exploitation of religion in order to incite revolts, fanaticism or sectarianism.

The essence of the Great Green Document on Human Rights is perfectly consistent with the principles of human rights and freedoms enshrined in the Charter of the United Nations as they relate to children.
وهكذا فإن ما جاء في الوثيقة الخضراء الكبرى لحقوق الإنسان يتفق تماماً وينسجم مع مبادئ حقوق الإنسان والحريات والمبادئ المكرسة في ميثاق الأمم المتحدة فيما يتعلق بالطفولة.

53. Principle 21 of the Great Green Document further stipulates that:

39. The Committee regrets that the Great Green Document and Human Rights, promulgated by the General People's Congress, does not include an express prohibition of discrimination on the basis of language, national ethnic or social origin, property, disability and birth status.

(a) According to the Great Green Document on Human Rights in the Age of the Masses, the sons of Jamahiri society revere, protect and prohibit the curtailment of human freedom.
(أ) إن الوثيقة الخضراء الكبرى لحقوق الإنسان في عصر الجماهير قد نصت على أن: أبناء المجتمع الجماهيري يقدسون حرية الإنسان ويحمونها ويُحرّمون تقييدها.
