10. The Government of Belarus stated that its policy in the sphere of confessional relations is regulated by the Law on Freedom of conscience and religious organizations, which guarantees equality and non-discrimination to all religions before the law.
١٠ - ذكرت حكومة بيلاروس أن سياستها العامة في مجال العلاقات الطائفية تُنظم بموجب القانون المتعلق بحرية الوجدان والمنظمات الدينية الذي يكفل المساواة وعدم التمييز لجميع الأديان أمام القانون.

(22) The Committee notes that the provisions of the Freedom of conscience and religious organizations Act require religious organizations and associations to be registered in order to be able to manifest their religion or belief.
(22) وتلاحظ اللجنة أن الأحكام المتعلقة بحرية الوجدان والمنظمات الدينية تشترط تسجيل المنظمات والجمعيات الدينية حتى تستطيع الجهر بدينها أو عقيدتها.

وفي أيلول/سبتمبر 1998 شرع في ملاحقتهم مجدداً بموجب قانون عام 1997 المتعلق بحرية الوجدان والمنظمات الدينية إذ تعتبر أنشطة مبشري شهود يهوه غير قانونية لأنها تحرض على الشقاق الديني وتهدد حياة الأسرة الروسية.

6. The Freedom of conscience and religious organizations Act of the Republic of Belarus acknowledged the part played by Islam in shaping the history of the Belarusian people.
6- يقر قانون الأديان في جمهورية بيلاروس (قانون حرية الوجدان والمنظمات الدينية) بدور الإسلام بوصفه جزءاً لا يتجزأ من تاريخ الشعب البيلاروسي.

In 2002, the law on " Freedom of conscience and religious organizations " was amended so as to stipulate equal rights of religious and non-religious citizens and the rules and conditions for the establishment, registration, activities and dissolutions of religious organizations.
وفي عام 2002، عُدل القانون بشأن " حرية الوجدان والمنظمات الدينية " لكي ينص على المساواة في الحقوق التي يتمتع بها المواطنون المتدينون وغير المتدينين، وعلى القواعد والشروط المتعلقة بإنشاء المنظمات الدينية وتسجيلها وأنشطتها وبحلها.

The State party should ensure that the legislative amendments to the 2008 Law on Freedom of conscience and religious organizations in the Kyrgyz Republic remove all restrictions that are incompatible with article 18 of the Covenant, by providing for a transparent, open and fair registration process for religious organizations and eliminating distinctions among religions that may lead to discrimination.

2.3 According to article 37, part 2, of the law " On the freedom of conscience and religious organizations, " if the violations indicated in the written warning are not addressed within six months or are repeated within a year, the registering body can initiate a judicial procedure for the dissolution of the religious organisation.
2-3 وحسب الجزء 2 من المادة 37 من القانون " المتعلق بحرية الوجدان والمنظمات الدينية " ، إذا لم تعالج الانتهاكات المبينة في الإنذار الخطي في غضون ستة أشهر أو إذا تكررت في غضون سنة، يمكن لهيئة التسجيل رفع دعوى قضائية لحل المنظمة الدينية.

The CSW considered that the 2002 Law on Freedom of Conscience and Religious Organisations (the Law) is in direct contradiction with the Belarusian Constitution and is also inconsistent with the ICCPR and the ICESCR.
