Upon instructions from my Government, I have the honour to transmit herewith a statement by Mr. Seyoum Mesfin, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, to the diplomatic community in Addis Ababa on the military aggression by Eritrea.
