(a) Executive Decree No. 91-54 of 23 February 1991 concerning the tasks, organization and functioning of the National Vocational Training Institute which, according to article 2 of the Executive Decree, is responsible for:

In 1997, the country launched a technology-based education and training program for women through the National Vocational Training and Development Center for Women, also known as the TESDA Women's Center.

Further, National Vocational Training Institute (NVTI) for Women and the Women Industrial Training Institutes under the Ministry of Labour offer skill training facilities to women so as to enable them to find employment in industry as semi-skilled/skilled labourers; or instructors in vocational institutes; or engage in income generating activities/self-employment.

4. The right to work 74. The National Vocational Training Institute for Human Development is leading and implementing, in cooperation with civil society and production sectors, a system of vocational, occupational and human resource management training.

97. Under the GRSCDP, MoGCSP granted scholarships to 668 girls from the 2011/2012 to the 2012/2013 academic years, and presented equipment in 59 districts, including 25 to Department of Community Development-run institutions and 8 to the National Vocational Training Institute (NVTI).
٩7 - وقدمت وزارة الشؤون الجنسانية والطفل والحماية الاجتماعية، في إطار مشروع المهارات المراعية للمنظور الجنساني والتنمية المجتمعية منحا دراسية لـ 668 فتاة في السنتين الدراسيتين 2011-2012 و 2012-2013 ووفرت معدات في 59 مقاطعة، وشمل ذلك 25 مؤسسة تديرها إدارة تنمية المجتمعات المحلية و 8 للمعهد الوطني للتدريب المهني.

1029. Another body closely involved with the right to education is the National Apprenticeship Institute (INA) which, under the National Development Plan (2002-2006) is linked to the following programmes:

155. The National Career Development Service (SNPP) and the National Labour Training Service, of the Ministry of Justice and Labour, offer free training courses to persons with physical and sensory disabilities.
155- وتنظِّم الإدارة الوطنية للتطوير المهني، والنظام الوطني للتدريب المهني التابعين لوزارة العدل والعمل دورات تدريبية مجانية للأشخاص الذين يعانون من إعاقة بدنية أو حسية().

Most of the above programmes are being monitored by the different regional administrations of INAFORP.
