٢- يجوز أن توفر اﻷطراف الدعم المناسب للمؤسسات والمنظمات الاقليمية الافريقية ذات الصلة بغية تمكينها من مساعدة اﻷطراف من البلدان الافريقية على الوفاء بمسؤولياتها بموجب الاتفاقية.
