97. A suggestion was made to the effect that the sponsor delegation should prepare a draft resolution on the subject matter dealt with in the working paper, which could become a recommendation of the Special Committee to the General Assembly.

As regards the request for the supplementary material for the proposal, the sponsor suggested that such material could be provided by the Secretariat.
