ويتضح من هذه النداءات أن نقل اﻷسلحة من الاتحاد الروسي الى أرمينيا يتم بانتظام وأن عسكريين أرمنيين يتلقون تدريبا في الاتحاد الروسي وأن أسلحة وأعتدة عسكرية تنشر على نطاق واسع في اﻷراضي اﻷذربيجانية التي تحتلها أرمينيا.

وأشير الى أن أذربيجان تود أن تحصل من الطرف الصيني على توضيحات بشأن ظروف بيع الصين لﻷسلحة الى أرمينيا والصلة القائمة بين الحكومة الصينية والعقد المبرم، وإمكانية استعادة الصين لقذائف " تايفينغ " ، ومسألة الخبراء العسكريين الصينيين الذين يدربون العسكريين اﻷرمينيين على استخدام تلك الشبكات، وكذا تقديم الضمانات بألا تتكرر مثل هذه اﻷمور مستقبلا.
