٢٢ - وأشارت الى الفقرة ٦٠ من الوثيقة A/49/336، فقالت إن نقل شعبة المساعدة الانتخابية الى إدارة عمليات حفظ السلم هو أمر غير ملائم، حيث أن غالبية برامج المساعدة الانتخابية تُنفذ خارج إطار عمليات حفظ السلم.
