Some representatives mentioned various criteria that the Commission might wish to use to gauge the progress made by Governments in meeting the objectives agreed upon at the special session, in particular the Action Plan for the Implementation of the Declaration on the Guiding Principles of Drug Demand Reduction and the measures to promote judicial cooperation (resolution S-20/4 C).
