3. Under paragraph 12 of the guidelines, all States are requested to report to the Committee any information that may have come to their attention relating to possible violations of the arms and related sanctions against Iraq committed by other States or foreign nationals.
٣ - وبموجب الفقرة ١٢ من المبادئ التوجيهية يطلب من جميع الدول أن تقدم الى اللجنة أي معلومات قد تتناهى الى علمها عن أي انتهاكات للجزاءات المفروضة على العراق بشأن اﻷسلحة وما يتصل بها يحتمل أن تكون قد ارتكبتها دول أخرى أو رعايا أجانب.

٥ - وفي الفقرة ١٤ من المبادئ التوجيهية يطلب من المنظمات الدولية أن تتخذ جميع الخطوات الملائمة للمساعدة في ضمان الامتثال الكامل للجزاءات المفروضة على العراق بشأن اﻷسلحة وما يتصل بها، بما في ذلك موافاة اللجنة بأي معلومات ذات صلة قد تتناهي الى علمها.

٩٣- لا يعلم المقرر الخاص كذلك عن أي إجراء اتخذته حكومة السودان للتحقيق في حالات بيع اﻷطفال أو الاتجار بهم التي انتهت الى علمها لا من خلال تقارير المقرر الخاص السابقة فحسب بل أيضا من خلال منظمات غير حكومية دولية متنوعة ترصد حالة حقوق اﻹنسان في السودان أو بالفعل عن طريق مواطنين سودانيين فرادى.
