It is deeply regrettable - as preceding speakers have already said - that the CSCE missions to Kosovo, Sandjak and Vojvodina in the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro) could not continue their very useful presence and work in the area because the authorities in Belgrade did not extend the Memorandum of Understanding constituting the working basis of these missions.
ومما يدعو الى اﻷسف الشديد - كما ذكر بالفعل من تكلموا قبلـــي - أن بعثـــات المؤتمـر الى كوسوفو وسنجق وفوينودينا في جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية )صربيا والجبل اﻷسود( لم تتمكــن مـــن الاستمرار في التواجد والعمل المفيدين جدا في المنطقـة ﻷن السلطات في بلغراد لم تمدد مذكرة التفاهم التــي تشكــل أساس عمل هذه البعثات.
