It also endorsed the recommendations of the meeting of persons chairing the human rights treaty bodies on the need to ensure financing and adequate staffing resources for the operations of the treaty bodies and, with that in mind, requested the Secretary-General to report on the question to the Commission on Human Rights at its fifty-first session.
كما أيدت توصيات اجتماع رؤساء هيئات الاشراف على معاهدات حقوق الانسان بشأن ضرورة تأمين التمويل والموارد الكافية من الموظفين لعمليات هيئات الاشراف على المعاهدات. كما أنها، وقد وضعت هذا في الاعتبار، طلبت الى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم تقريرا عن هذه المسألة الى لجنة حقوق الانسان في دورتها الحادية والخمسين.

31. The Special Rapporteur respectfully recommends that the attached, revised Principles and Guidelines be considered by the Subcommission as a matter of the highest priority, with the aim of transmitting them to the Commission on Human Rights at its fifty-second session.
١٣- توصي المقررة الخاصة مع الاحترام بأن تنظر اللجنة الفرعية في المبادئ العامة والتوجيهية المنقحة المرفقة على سبيل أعلى اﻷولوية، بهدف احالتها الى لجنة حقوق الانسان في دورتها الثانية والخمسين.

10. Invites the Special Rapporteur on violence against women to continue to include among the urgent issues pertaining to her mandate the violence perpetrated against women migrant workers and to consider including her findings in her report to the Commission on Human Rights at its fifty-third session;
٠١- تدعو المقررة الخاصة المعنية بالعنف ضد المرأة الى أن تواصل ادراج العنف المرتكب ضد العاملات المهاجرات ضمن المسائل المستعجلة المتصلة بولايتها وأن تنظر في ادراج استنتاجاتها في تقريرها الذي يقدم الى لجنة حقوق الانسان في دورتها الثالثة والخمسين؛

19. Requests the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to report on the activities of the Human Rights Field Operation in Rwanda to the Commission on Human Rights at its fifty-third session and to the General Assembly at its fifty-first session;
٩١- ترجو من مفوض اﻷمم المتحدة السامي لحقوق الانسان أن يقدم تقريراً عن أنشطة العملية الميدانية الخاصة بحقوق الانسان في رواندا الى لجنة حقوق الانسان في دورتها الثالثة والخمسين والى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الحادية والخمسين؛

8. Requests the Special Rapporteur to submit his or her findings, including the list of the countries and transnational corporations engaged in the illicit dumping of toxic and dangerous products and wastes in African and other developing countries, to the Commission on Human Rights at its fifty-second session;

٦١- ترجو من المقرر الخاص للجنة حقوق الانسان المعني بالعنف ضد المرأة الى ادراج فصل خاص بالعنف ضد العاملة المهاجرة في تقريرها الى لجنة حقوق الانسان في دورتها الثانية والخمسين " .

7. Also requests the Secretary-General to submit an interim report to the Commission on Human Rights at its fiftieth session and a final report to the General Assembly at its forty-ninth session on the strengthening of the Centre for Human Rights and on the measures taken to implement the present resolution.
٧ - تطلب أيضا الى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم تقريرا مؤقتا الى لجنة حقوق الانسان في دورتها الخمسين وتقريرا نهائيا الى الجمعية العامة في دورتها التاسعة واﻷربعين عن تعزيز مركز حقوق الانسان وعن التدابير المتخذة لتنفيذ هذا القرار.

49. The Special Representative submitted a report on the situation of human rights in Cambodia, as requested by the Commission on Human Rights in its resolution 1993/6, to the Commission on Human Rights at its fiftieth session (February-March 1994).
٤٩ - وقدم الممثل الخاص تقريرا عن حالة حقوق الانسان في كمبوديا، بناء على طلب لجنة حقوق الانسان في قرارها ١٩٩٣/٦، وذلك الى لجنة حقوق الانسان في دورتها الخمسين )شباط/فبراير - آذار/مارس ١٩٩٤(.

32. The working group and the Special Rapporteur expressed the hope that, in the light of the intention conveyed in Sub-Commission decision 1995/117 as well as in Commission on Human Rights resolution 1996/35, the Sub-Commission would be able to transmit the revised set of basic principles and guidelines, together with the comments and suggestions contained in the present report, to the Commission on Human Rights at its fifty-third session.
٢٣- وأعرب الفريق العامل والمقرر الخاص عن أملهما في أن يتسنى للجنة الفرعية، في ضوء ما ورد في مقرر اللجنة الفرعية ٥٩٩١/٧١١ وفي قرار لجنة حقوق الانسان ٦٩٩١/٥٣، أن تحيل مجموعة المبادئ اﻷساسية والخطوط التوجيهية المنقحة، ومعها التعليقات والاقتراحات الواردة في هذا التقرير، الى لجنة حقوق الانسان في دورتها الثالثة والخمسين.
