The Convention will enter into force on the ninetieth day after the date of deposit of the fiftieth instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession.

1. This Convention shall enter into force on the ninetieth day after the date of deposit of the [thirtieth] [fiftieth] instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession.
1 - يبدأ نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية في اليوم التسعين التالي لتاريخ إيداع الصك [الثلاثين] [الخمسين] من صكوك التصديق أو القبول أو الإقرار أو الانضمام.

3. After the entry into force of this Amendment, as provided under paragraph 1, it shall enter into force for any other Party to the Protocol on the ninetieth day following the date of deposit of its instrument of ratification, acceptance or approval.
3 - وبعد بدء نفاذ هذا التعديل كما نُصَ على ذلك بموجب الفقرة 1، يبدأ نفاذه بالنسبة لأي طرف آخر في البروتوكول في اليوم التسعين التالي لتاريخ إيداعه صك التصديق أو القبول أو الموافقة.

1 - يبدأ نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية في اليوم التسعين التالي لتاريخ إيداع الصك [الثلاثين] [الخمسين] من صكوك التصديق أو القبول أو الموافقة أو الانضمام.

Paragraph 5 further states that such amendments will enter into force for the Parties having accepted it on the ninetieth day after the date of deposit of instruments of ratification, acceptance or approval by at least threefourths of the Parties before it would enter into force for those Parties.
وتنص الفقرة 5 أيضاً على أنّ يبدأ نفاذ التعديلات بالنسبة للأطراف التي قبلتها في اليوم التسعين التالي لتاريخ إيداع صكوك التصديق عليها أو إقرارها أو قبولها من جانب ما لا يقلّ عن ثلاثة أرباع الأطراف.

An amendment adopted in accordance with paragraph 3 above shall enter into force for those Parties having accepted it on the ninetieth day after the date of receipt by the Depositary of an instrument of acceptance by at least three fourths of the Parties to this Protocol.
والتعديل الذي يُعتمد وفقاً للفقرة ٣ أعلاه يبدأ نفاذه بالنسبة إلى اﻷطراف التي قبلته في اليوم التسعين التالي لتاريخ استلام الوديع لصك القبول مما لا يقل عن ثلاثة أرباع اﻷطراف في هذا البروتوكول.

The annex or amendment to an annex shall enter into force for Parties which withdraw their notification of non-acceptance on the ninetieth day after the date on which withdrawal of such notification has been received by the Depositary.
ويبدأ نفاذ المرفق أو التعديل بالنسبة إلى اﻷطراف التي تسحب إخطار عدم قبولها في اليوم التسعين التالي لتاريخ تلقي الوديع لﻹخطار بالانسحاب.

In the event that this condition has not been fulfilled by that date, the Amendment shall enter into force on the ninetieth day following the date on which it has been fulfilled.
وإذا لم يتحقق هذا الشرط حتى ذلك التاريخ، يبدأ نفاذ هذا التعديل في اليوم التسعين التالي لتاريخ تحقيقه.
