٢ - فيما يتعلق بكل دولـة تصدق على هذا الاتفـاق أو تنضـم إليه بعد إيداع الصك العاشر من صكوك التصديق أو الانضمام، يبدأ نفاذ هذا الاتفاق في اليوم الثلاثين التالي ﻹيداع صك تصديقها أو انضمامها.

2. For each State which ratifies the Agreement or accedes thereto after the deposit of the tenth instrument of ratification or accession, this Agreement shall enter into force on the thirtieth day following the deposit of its instrument of ratification or accession.
٢ - فيما يتعلق بكل دولـة تصدق على الاتفـاق أو تنضـم إليه بعد إيداع الصك العاشر من صكوك التصديق أو الانضمام، يبدأ نفاذ هذا الاتفاق في اليوم الثلاثين التالي ﻹيداع صك تصديقها أو انضمامها.

2. For each State or entity which ratifies the Agreement or accedes thereto after the deposit of the thirtieth instrument of ratification or accession, this Agreement shall enter into force on the thirtieth day following the deposit of its instrument of ratification or accession.
٢ - يبدأ نفاذ هذا الاتفاق بالنسبة لكل دولة أو كيان يصدق عليه أو ينضم اليه بعد إيداع الوثيقة الثلاثين من وثائق التصديق أو الانضمام، في اليوم الثلاثين التالي ﻹيداع وثيقة التصديق أو الانضمام الخاصة به.

An amendment adopted in accordance with paragraph 3 above shall enter into force for those Parties having accepted it on the thirtieth day after the date of receipt by the Depositary of an instrument of acceptance by at least half of the Parties to this Protocol.
والتعديل الذي يُعتمد وفقاً للفقرة 3 أعلاه يبدأ نفاذه بالنسبة إلى الأطراف التي قبلته في اليوم الثلاثين التالي لتاريخ استلام الوديع لصك القبول مما لا يقل عن نصف الأطراف في هذا البروتوكول.
