2- يبدأ نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية، بالنسبة لكل دولة أو منظمة اقليمية للتكامل الاقتصادي تصدق على هذه الاتفاقية أو تقبلها أو تقرها أو تنضم اليها بعد ايداع الصك الأربعين من تلك الصكوك، في اليوم الثلاثين من تاريخ ايداع تلك الدولة أو المنظمة ذلك الصك ذا الصلة.

This Treaty is subject to ratification and shall enter into force thirty days after the date on which the instruments of ratification are exchanged.
هذه المعاهدة خاضعة للتصديق ويبدأ نفاذها في اليوم الثلاثين من تاريخ تبادل وثائق التصديق.
